This is a problem in Apple’s App Store as well - half the reviews are 1 - 2 star reviews when the app didn’t load / work the first time. It was actually made worse by Apple when they implemented a review box when users removed apps from their phones. Pretty sure if an app is 3+ stars I will keep it on my phone.
